CAREERS

We build companies,
not just code.

Pixels Pushed is a venture studio. We take ideas from first sketch to a live product with paying users, for our own ventures and alongside the founders we partner with. Every product we ship makes the next one faster to build.

OUR VISION

One studio,
many ventures.

Most startups rebuild the same foundations from scratch: auth, billing, infrastructure, the AI stack, the launch playbook. We build them once and carry them into every venture, so each new idea starts at week four instead of week zero. The goal is a portfolio of focused software companies, each run by a small team that owns it end to end.

01

Studio-built ventures

We spin up our own SaaS and AI products, validate them with real users, and keep investing in the ones that earn it.

02

Founder partnerships

We co-build with founders who bring deep domain insight. We bring the engineering, design, and launch muscle.

03

Shared foundations

Every venture draws on one stack, one design system, and one set of hard-won lessons, so quality compounds.

04

Built to last

We stay with what we build. Ventures are meant to grow over years, not be shipped once and forgotten.

WORKING HERE

Small team.
Real ownership.

The people who join early shape how the studio works. Here is what that looks like day to day.

01

Builders first

Everyone ships. What you put into production matters more than your title.

02

Many products, one craft

You'll work across ventures, stacks, and problem spaces, not one ticket queue for years.

03

Remote-first

Async by default, written decisions, and weekly demos. Work from where you do your best work.

04

AI in the workflow

We use AI in how we build, not just in what we build, and expect you to help shape that.

OPEN POSITIONS

Current
openings.

0 open roles

No open positions right now.

We hire deliberately, and only when a venture needs it. New roles will be posted here first. If what we're building resonates with you, we'd still like to hear from you.

A short note, links to things you've shipped, and the kind of work you want to do.
